Self-care has become a buzzword cure all for dealing with a turbulent world, but should it be our only source of comfort? Stepping off from the platform of self care, this workshop re-frames the cycles of care to include community care. We will identify how we feel most supported by the communities we belong to, and how we as leaders, can facilitate community care from the top of the command chain down. Through this workshop, you will learn actionable steps to cultivating systems that better support the people around you.
